£1,000 Donation to new Breast Care Unit

One of the final very pleasant tasks of Immediate Past President Iris Hopkins was to present a cheque for £1,000 to the new Breast Care Unit at Llandough Hospital.  This sum was the proceeds of a floral demonstration at which club member and internationally renowned florist Hilary was donated not only her services but also her remarkable flower arrangements.  These were raffled and provided a considerable boost to the overall profit.
