Programme of events

Our business meetings are held at Lysses House Hotel on the first Thursday of the month, at 7:30.

On the third Thursday we meet for supper at Cams Hall Golf Club, with a set menu for £8 served at 7:30 (pre-booked). The programme for the club year is as follows:

May 19 : Revisiting the Way Forward – a time for reflection

June 16: Barbara Hall, publicity officer for the Guides

July 18 : Joint meeting with SI Southampton and SI Winchester at Holiday Inn, Winchester

July 21: Two and a half times around the world in 80 years – Ishbel Veitch

July 31: Summer barbecue at  Brook Cottage, Bishop’s Waltham.

August 21: Wheel House, Hill Head – tea party for Contact the Elderly

September 15: Wine tasting, Webbsland, Wickham

October 20: An insight into Haslar Radio – Chris Pearce

November 12:  Coffee morning at Pat Hanns house.  Friends welcome. There will be book and bric a brac tables, Christmas decorations, scarves, jewellery and candles for sale.

November  17: How much is a life worth? – Duncan Colin Jones

December 15:  Christmas meal at Greens, Wickham
