President’s Message April 2011

Welcome to the website of SI Lichfield.

In the picture are President Chris Corless and President Elect Donna Cope as they take up posts at the AGM. Dishi Attwood is joint president this coming year and also Region Vice President. The theme for the year is ‘Leadership and Service’ where we celebrate the leadership of the projects we support and the service that Lichfield members provide in abundance to the local community. Our main project this year continues to be Staffordshire Young Carers, continuing the excellent work of Immediate Past President Lesley. Other charites being supported are Pathway, Breakthrough Breast Care, Salvation Army, local Brownies and Talking Newspapers.

Our programme can be found on the diary page – please visit the page and if you would like to come along to a meeting, you would be made most welcome. The majority of the meetings, on the second Wednesday of each month, take place at the Bowling Green Public House Training Rooms and start at 7.30pm.
