Regional Opportunities
Your Region needs YOU
A number of regional posts will become vacant during the next year and this is your opportunity to contribute to the successful running of the Region. If you have successfully fulfilled any of the following jobs at club level maybe now is the time to take that extra challenge. If you feel unable to step up to the bar yourself you might know someone in your club who has the potential to be a successful regional officer and just needs a little encouragement.

Regional Programme Action Officer. This is a challenging and rewarding post. Programme Action is the heart of Soroptimism. The PA Officer is supported by a small team. Please contact Sue Smith for more information

Regional Secretary. The Regional Secretary provides an extremely valuable service to the Region. A grounding at club level is essential. Please contact Edna Haselden for more information

Regional minuting secretary. There are now only 3 regional meetings a year and all reports are circulated and will be available on line. Please contact Grete Hughes for more information

Regional Recipe Book £5 There are still a few recipe books available. These were produced as a fund raiser for IPP Judith’s charity CRY. Please contact IPP Judith if you would like a copy

Puddings for SPACE. Puddings can still be ordered. A reminder that there are Christmas Puddings, £6 for a one pound size, and triple chocolate, triple ginger and citrus almond sponge puddings at £5.
