Dear Sister Soroptimists,
On behalf of the members of SI Whitehaven and District may I thank you all for the many messages of sympathy and support we have received following the tragic events in our area.
The whole community, and the country, were shocked by the events of 2 June, 2010.
We are a close knit community, and most of us know someone who has been touched by this sad event.
We are extremely grateful to our fellow Soroptimists for their words of comfort and support, as we try to return to our daily routine, passing the many floral tributes on the pavements and country roads in our locality.
Your kind words, thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated at this difficult time.
