Some 110 Soroptimists, family and friends attended the annual dinner held on 9th October 2009 at The Terrace Restaurant Brownhills. After an enjoyable meal, formal toasts and a welcome from Club President Chris Higgs the entertainment consisted of two members of The History Wardrobe who gave a witty and highly informative presentation on men’s clothing in the time of Jane Austen called Undressing Mr Darcy.
