PROGRAMME ACTION and STRATEGY TEAM

This year we have held monthly Programme Action meetings at the Lindum Hotel in St Annes and at our PA rep’s house. 

It has been a year of change for the Fylde with some exciting prospects, having sold their property in St George’s Square, they now have the opportunity to help so many causes.   The Programme Action team are busy planning for the future with projects with local charities as well as looking forward to some new challenges with international focus.

A strategy team developed from the Programme Action team is also looking at a business plan for the future, having invested monies from the sale of the house.  The limited company that owned the house has now become a charity and the plans involve devising a criteria for the donation of bursaries, grants etc to improve the lives of women and children within the local community.

The future looks bright and the PA Team are looking forward to a challenging twelve months in the year to come.
