Dr Wendi Momen -Social activist. She led a ‘taster’ session in the afternoon using a section of a discourse paper ’Advancing Towards the Equality of Women and Men’ for her talk and facilitated discussion groups. This prompted much discussion – for clubs who want to undertake the sessions with other members the paper is available by clicking the link above.
The day was a great opportunity to meet old and new friends and to share ideas with clubs across the region.
