SI\u00a0Ashton-under-Lyne does not have a President again this year, but following on from the success of last year when several members took in in turns to be President for one month, the club is doing the same again during the coming year. Each of our “Presidents” brought different skills to the club and the speakers we had last year were interesting and varied, so we have opted for a similar format this year, with each of our “Presidents” choosing a speaker of their own.<\/div>\n

In June this year the club will be celebrating the 76th Anniversary of it’s Charter in 1942 and\u00a0 our President for the month will be June Hadfield who has just received a certificate for 40 years a member of the club.<\/div>\n
