Our club was chartered in 1968 with 18 members. Today, there are 46 members of the club mainly from Barry, Dinas Powys, Sully and Penarth. The club welcomes members from any area close enough for them to travel to our meetings.\u00a0 \u00a0We think that being a Soroptimist gives you a lot opportunities to create new friendships and have fun. Members enjoy a wide variety of events and give meaningful, satisfying help within our local community. All while working with Soroptimist International to ensure that women and girls around the world achieve their true potential.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Club meetings are on the third Wednesday of every month<\/strong> (except August). We have dinner and often a speaker as well as the business meeting at The Seashore Grill & Cafe Bar\u00a0in Sully.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n


\nMembership is open to all women to share the vision and values of Soroptimism who are also looking to meet like minded members for friendship and fellowship. If you want to know more contact us and we can meet for coffee.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
