SI Beverley and District were delighted to welcome Yorkshire President Pat Kilbane to our first meeting of the year.\u00a0 Pat spoke to us about her plans for the year and the projects she hopes to promote.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Power of a Second Chance\u201d is a rolling programme in the Yorkshire region. The
\nAskham Grange women\u2019s prison has had its Craft Room \u201cre-vamped\u201d by Yorkshire
\nSoroptimists. Margaret Cook\u2019s Club (Ilkley) are helping refugees in their area. At the
\nSeptember RCM, speakers will speak on mental health issues in women, hopefully raising
\nawareness.
