The exhibition at Conference will be open to delegates over Thursday afternoon and evening, Friday and Saturday. Access to the Conference venue is from Thursday morning, and stall holders will need to have left the venue by 6.00pm on Saturday.
The exhibition will be held in the Solent Hall, Bournemouth International Centre (BIC), where delegates will be served their tea/coffee and lunch.

The cost for the stands are as follows:
- £275.00 + VAT – Commercial Stands
- £100.00 + VAT – Charity Stands
- £50.00 + VAT – Club Stands
