There was excellent coverage of Bridgend Soroptimist Club in the local press. Not only did the report mention our new President and AGM, but also featured a colourful photograph and report on the 65 blankets knitted and crocheted by Club members for the charity ‘Life for African Mothers’.
There was also a second report showing the presentation of a cheque for £1000 to Barnardo’s to support the Literacy project at Parc Prison.
