This year our tree was decorated with stars that highlighted some of the projects members have been involved with in 2023, with a QR code appearing on the accompanying poster to direct those interested to further details on our Club website.<a href=\"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/bridgend-and-district\/files\/2024\/01\/231204-SI-Bridgend-Christmas-Tree2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-5103\" src=\"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/bridgend-and-district\/files\/2024\/01\/231204-SI-Bridgend-Christmas-Tree2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"370\" height=\"737\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/bridgend-and-district\/files\/2024\/01\/231204-SI-Bridgend-Christmas-Tree2.jpg 514w, https:\/\/sigbi.org\/bridgend-and-district\/files\/2024\/01\/231204-SI-Bridgend-Christmas-Tree2-151x300.jpg 151w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 370px) 100vw, 370px\" \/><\/a>Members enjoyed a Christmas Carol Service at St David\u2019s Church in Laleston on 6 December, rounding off their celebrations with a fish and chip supper at the adjoining Blandy Hall.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 35 Christmas Selection Boxes were provided for children currently under the care of Llamau Women\u2019s Refuges in Bridgend, Caerphilly and Merthyr.
