{"id":30,"date":"2009-02-16T13:40:23","date_gmt":"2009-02-16T12:40:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/soroptimist-gbi.co.uk\/beckenham-and-district\/?page_id=30"},"modified":"2025-07-07T16:27:34","modified_gmt":"2025-07-07T15:27:34","slug":"interested-in-joining-us","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/bromley\/interested-in-joining-us\/","title":{"rendered":"Interested in joining us?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Why should you bother to join?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We are women working together to make a difference-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>as a successful woman you will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to enhance the life chances of women and girls<\/li>\n<li>you will have the opportunity to make friends with like-minded women locally, nationally and internationally<\/li>\n<li>you can get your voice heard on matters of local, national and international importance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>and have a good time doing all the above!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What does it involve?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We meet on the first\u00a0 Monday of each month at Beckenham Methodist Church Hall at 7.45. and have regular business meetings via zoom.
