UK Programme Action Committee Meeting
SI Bournemouth are staging a Tribute Evening featuring Paul Metcalfe, including a 2 course dinner.
Charities to benefit from the evening are Friends of Bournemouth Women’s Refuge and STEM Challenge.
For Membership Month, SI Middlesbrough will be manning a stall at Middlesbrough Centre Square where the Tour De Yorkshire bike race will commence on Sunday 1 May 2016.
It promises to be a fun-filled day. Why not drop by the stall and speak to our enthusiastic Members about what it means to be a Soroptimist – search #whysoroptimist on Twitter to see the reasons our Members joined.
This is a Regional Recruitment event as part of Membership Month being run by SI Cheshire North Wales and Wirral. There are 18 Clubs throughout the Region, so do come along to find out more. Members will be talking to shoppers and other interested parties about Soroptimist International and the projects taking place within the Region. There will be a display with lots of information, and the Lord Mayor of Chester will be visiting us at 11.00.

The general public are invited to attend the 2nd rape and sexual violence talk organised by Soroptimist International Nigeria.
The talk aims to create awareness of the new Sexual Violence Laws in Nigeria, to warn parents of the signs to look out for in cases of child rape and abuse, and how to protect your children from sexual predators.
