Why?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bee Happy, Bee Together: By working with schools and community groups, we can create a buzz of excitement about bees and raise the awareness of the vital role they play in our ecosystem. It\u2019s a fun way to bring people together and learn something new!<\/li>\n<li>Flower Power for the Future: Engaging with young minds and local heroes in our community means planting seeds (literally!) for a greener, more sustainable future. Plus, who doesn\u2019t love the sight of a beautiful, blooming garden?<\/li>\n<li>Buzz-Worthy Education: This is a perfect opportunity to educate children and adults alike about the importance of bees. It\u2019s not just about the flowers; it\u2019s about understanding how bees help our food grow and keep nature balanced.<\/li>\n<li>Sweet Rewards: Besides the satisfaction of helping the environment, there could be some tasty rewards &#8211; honey, anyone? <a href=\"https:\/\/eshehoney.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eshe Honey<\/a> is one of our contacts: they produce raw honey from pollen and nectar foraged locally.<\/li>\n<li>Community Spirit in Full Bloom. We hope this work will strengthen the bond between our club and local organisations. We have forged links with, for example, <strong>Victoria Park<\/strong> and <strong>Mencap Community Cottage<\/strong>. Plus, we have donated plants to <strong>Crosby Library<\/strong> for their outdoor containers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are grateful for support from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tonyalmond.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tony Almond Home &amp; Garden<\/a> (Waterloo) for bee-friendly seeds, bulbs and plants.<\/p>\n<p>Together, we\u2019ll create a vibrant, pollinator-friendly
