Varieties included ox-eye daisy, field scabious and ragged robin. The flowers are now strong enough to have a good chance of surviving in the wild.<\/p>\n<p>This is another example of SI Crosby\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/crosby\/our-projects\/lunt-meadows\/\">ongoing partnership<\/a> with the Wildlife Trust (Lancashire, Manchester &amp; North Merseyside). The nature reserve at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lancswt.org.uk\/nature-reserves\/lunt-meadows\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lunt<\/a>, near Crosby, is a haven for wildlife. The wildflower meadows are part of the Trust\u2019s drive to enhance the experience for visitors, as well as to increase biodiversity.<\/p>\n<p>Chris Smith, President of SI Crosby, said: \u201cThis was a simple, practical way of working with the Wildlife Trust.
