The challenge? to showcase a project on the theme of \u2018Little Things make a Big Difference\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Ten clubs in the region entered and, at the region&#8217;s new members and awards lunch, eagerly awaited the result.<\/p>\n<p>President Denise asked an independent Soroptimist \u2013 Patricia Mercer of SI Runcorn, Frodsham &amp; District &#8211; to judge the entries. It was a tough task, admitted Patricia. However, she had no hesitation in announcing SI Crosby\u2019s \u2018One stitch at a time\u2019 entry as the winner. This project, begun during lockdown, still continues. <a href=\"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/crosby\/files\/2023\/09\/SI-Crosby-little-things-2023-region-challenge.pdf\">SI Crosby &#8216;little things&#8217; 2023 region challenge<\/a><\/p>\n<p>President Jill Boggan had the great pleasure of receiving the rosebowl trophy. Four recent Crosby Soroptimists &#8211; Abby, Angela, Susie and Sylvia &#8211; attended the <a href=\"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/south-lancashire\/2023\/09\/19\/soroptimists-celebrate-in-style\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">region event<\/a>.
