[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]These cushions can be helpful for anyone who has undergone breast surgery.<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Draw a heart shape pattern onto paper measuring 36cm wide and 30cm depth.<\/li>\n
  2. Pin paper pattern onto fabric. 1cm seam allowance is allowed on pattern.<\/li>\n
  3. Cut out two heart shape pieces of fabric.<\/li>\n
  4. Place 2 pieces of fabric right sides together.<\/li>\n
  5. Pin, tack and machine around shape leaving an opening of 10cm for turning through.<\/li>\n
  6. Snip into seam allowance on top curves to give a good shape.<\/li>\n
  7. Turn trough to right side and press.<\/li>\n
  8. Fill with terylene wadding to desired thickness.<\/li>\n
  9. Slipstitch the opening to complete cushion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
