To mark World Food Day members collected groceries for Dundee Food Bank.
In total 127 Kg of foods were donated. The club received a grateful letter from the Charity which included some information about the type of clients in need of support: a parent with four children who had been thrown out of the family home, a mother with a baby,and a newly released prisoner without benefits.
The club plans to organise a further collection of food later in the year.
