On Saturday 19th July SI Dundee club members, members from Perth and Scotland South braved the elements to walk the Tay Road Bridge. A challenging wet day didn’t deter these Soroptimists as they walked to raise funds for the BIG Project -Birthing in the Gambia.
Two hundred pounds was raised for this very worthwhile cause which works to improve the maternal mortality and infant mortality rates of this African country.
Those who completed the walk were presented with this wonderful rosette to mark their achievement .
