Friendship Evening.
President Norma organised a very special Friendship Evening to start the club year. On Tuesday August 26th, SI Dundee members and friends met together to celebrate the varied role women in the last war. Most attended dressed in period attire highlighting the important work women undertook during wartime. Some members shared stories of the exploits of fathers, uncles and grandparents during the conflict. The photographs speak for themselves.
Anna, our pianist, entertained us with a sing-along, around the piano, with all the old favorites of the time.
A great evening – enjoyed by all.
