We are women from all backgrounds who are making time in busy lives, seeking to raise awareness of issues facing women locally, nationally and internationally.<br \/>\nIt is privilege to be President of Soroptimist International Enfield and District.<br \/>\nOur Club aims to promote the values of the Organisation to Educate, Enable and Empower the lives of women and girls.<br \/>\nThis year has obviously been strange due to the Pandemic; nevertheless we have continued to strive and make progress.<br \/>\nAll our meetings are held on Zoom and there is a full of programme of action.<br \/>\nThis varies from Mask-making, Quiz Nights, attending London Anglia Region meetings, and also participating in other Clubs&#8217; activities.<br \/>\nSI Enfield is also a member of Enfield Climate Action Forum ENCAF and Enfield Over 50s Forum.<br \/>\nOur Club might be small in number but is big in terms of action.<br \/>\nWe also have three new members who have recently joined.<br \/>\nOn the whole it has been rather a successful year.<br \/>\nI would like to thank all members for their support and hope that we will continue to further the aims of the Club.<br \/>\nSI Enfield is also engaged in a fairly large Tree Planting Project in the London Borough of Enfield.<br \/>\nThis is in celebration of the Soroptimist centennial year (2021).<br \/>\nThis year the club is working on a number of projects which are outlined on the activities \u2013 Programme Action page.<br \/>\nAt the same time we are providing friendship and social activities.<\/p>\n<p>We are always pleased to
