Recently, Reigate and Banstead Women’s Aid (RBWA ) were provided with toys and games, kindly\u00a0 donated by the families of pupils attending\u00a0 Wemms\u00a0 Education Centre\u00a0 in Leatherhead.\u00a0 The toys were loaded into 4 cars\u00a0 with the help of\u00a0 staff and head boy Saul from Wemms. The toys were then taken by members\u00a0 of SI Epsom and District to a new refuge in Surrey.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There, they were met by a number of\u00a0 refuge staff who unloaded the toys and games, saying that they would be distributed to families, not only to this particular refuge but other refuges\u00a0 managed by RBWA .<\/span><\/p>\n

The Services\u00a0 manager at RBWA presented a letter\u00a0 which stated the following:\u00a0 “I am writing to say thank you very much to you and your colleagues, for the kind donations that you have collected for the families at RBWA. Your thoughtfulness and generosity are much appreciated. You will be helping to put a huge smile on the faces of the women and children residing\u00a0 with us, so thank you. It can be a difficult time in refuge but you are helping to make a huge difference to\u00a0 the lives of those in our care.”\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
