The Programme Meeting opened with SIGBI HQ’s Joanne Wagstaffe singing the 1975 Helen Reddy hit, I am Woman which Sue described as our ‘anthem’. Joanne was joined on stage by the Assistant Programme Directors. We were all encouraged to join in the singing – arm-waving included!.
