{"id":2833,"date":"2019-03-10T21:08:26","date_gmt":"2019-03-10T20:08:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/grange-over-sands\/?p=2833"},"modified":"2024-03-27T18:36:08","modified_gmt":"2024-03-27T17:36:08","slug":"2833","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/grange-over-sands\/2019\/03\/10\/2833\/","title":{"rendered":"Swimathon for ShelterBox 9th March 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;6513&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1>Grange Soroptimists\u00a0 swam in the 2019 Swimathon in Kendal, swimming 102 lengths in 55 minutes and raising \u00a3503\u00a0 for ShelterBox, which provides relief for victims of disasters.<\/h1>\n<p>Club members have swum in the Swimathon for over 25 years and for ShelterBox since 2009 supplying over 10 ShelterBoxes which have been deployed all over the world including Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Japan.
