Local people , local schools and Soroptimist members generously donated new pants and these have been distributed to multiple organisations both abroad\u00a0 and in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>Since our donation in early November Smalls for All\u00a0 have sent out<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>638 pairs of pants to The West Lothian Financial Inclusion Network for families in need in West Lothian.<\/li>\n<li>285 pairs of pants to the NNLS Destitute Asylum Seekers Drop In, an organisation based in London.<\/li>\n<li>98 pairs of pants to Refugees Welcome Crawley.<\/li>\n<li>300 pairs of pants to Days for Girls Ealing for including in their hygiene kits going to Africa.<\/li>\n<li>1,800 pairs of pants and bras to the AMUKA foundation, an organisation working with the remote villages of Karare, Marsabit County in Kenya.<\/li>\n<li>191 pairs of pants and bras to the Cyrenians, a homeless charity in Edinburgh.<\/li>\n<li>1,800 pairs of pants to Chifundo UK, an organisation working with women and girls in Malawi.<\/li>\n<li>1,686 pairs of pants to Diamonds in the Community, who run a clothing bank for the Monklands and greater North Lanarkshire area.<\/li>\n<li>970 pairs of pants to Freedom4girls, a period poverty charity that makes dignity kits for girls in Kenya.<\/li>\n<li>120 pairs of pants to Care4Calais (Brighton), an organisation supporting people seeking asylum in Brighton and Hove.<\/li>\n<li>130 pairs of pants to The Simon Community, who work with the homeless in London.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our pants have spread far and wide!<\/p>\n<p>Smalls for All are also working on a pilot project to set up a workshop making pants in Malawi.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;6896&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]We are delighted to anounce our knicker tree resulted in over 1,500&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":371,"featured_media":6896,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[176,168],"class_list":["post-6900","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-club-news","tag-knicker-tree","tag-smalls-for-all"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Soroptimists talking Pants | News | Blog | Events | SI Grange over Sands<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"SI Grange over Sands : Blog &amp; News : Soroptimists talking Pants : Keep up to date with the latest news, articles and events from the Soroptimists of SI Grange over Sands .
