National Programme Action Officers from around the Federation gathered for their annual meeting.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/gateshead2013\/files\/Sue-Biggs.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/gateshead2013\/files\/Sue-Biggs.jpg\" width=\"122\" height=\"156\" \/><\/a>Federation Director of Programme, Sue Biggs, welcomed everyone and Federation President Margaret Oldroyd gave a talk on how Clubs and Regions\/NAs\/Networks were recognising the value of\u00a0focus of Programme on Educate, Enable, Empower to give a clear and unambiguous message of who we are and what we stand for.
