Jamuna Ravi

NASI Communication Officer

The ways of communication across all the SI clubs in India were forced to change since the onset of the pandemic in March 2020. We have always felt the need for frequent virtual interactions to expedite our work but had always struggled with it in the past. The lockdown on travel and face to face meetings has forced us all to adapt to digital means to communicate and execute our projects.

The NASI newsletter which was in a paper format every six months earlier, was changed to an online format in my earlier term as the Communications Officer from 2018 to 2022. This became a blessing in disguise, as it was much easier to publish online newsletters in this virtual world. The NASI newsletter has become one of our main tools of communication across clubs in India in the past 2 years and we have brought out 3 issues in 2021 including the special centenary edition.
