With coffee and cake, of course!<\/h2>\n

\"\"Our culmination event was an ‘Orange Cafe’ where we celebrated and reflected on the activities of the 16 Days. And we kept our orange theme with the cakes baked by members; chocolate orange cake, orange drizzle cake and orange cupcakes – to name but a few! <\/a><\/p>\n

Donations for the cakes made a delicious \u00a3250 for our local women’s refuge.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Members were on hand to explain more about each display showing an activity from the 16 Days of Activism.<\/h5>\n

\"\"<\/a>
\nThere were six pairs of shoes from the display of 108 pairs – each pair representing one woman killed by a man in 2021\/22.<\/p>\n

There were three filled handbags from our ‘Love Grace’ appeal.<\/p>\n

A smaller scale Christmas Tree showed some of our orange decorations and lights which began our campaign.<\/p>\n

And of course, examples of the yarn bombing; crocheted hearts, flowers and garlands were everywhere!<\/p>\n

Our local community mingled with members, families and friends to chat, find out more about us and what we do – and enjoy home baked cakes.<\/p>\n

\"\"\u00a0 <\/a>\"\"\u00a0 <\/a>\"\"<\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Nom!<\/a><\/h5>\n

We were delighted to have not only the support of our community but also our MP, local councillors and the High Sheriff of Warwickshire.<\/p>\n
