Awareness Day at a local Garden Centre of the Meru Garden project
President Janet & Anne began their year with a Safari Supper – Anne,Penny & Pat hosted the starters & main and then we all congregated at Averil’s business premises for puddings galore, coffee & mints. Not only was this our first meeting of the year but it was also an occasion where we could welcome our new members from Northampton and get to know each other over the evening. Finally in the true tradition of all Soroptimist’s gathering a splendid raffle was held.
