\"SILC<\/a>Many thanks<\/strong> to all Clubs for their contributions to the Region\u2019s special brochure “Inspirational Clubs and their Projects”.\u00a0<\/strong>Two printed copies will be available for each Club at the Region Conference on Sat 12 Oct and the electronic version has been emailed to Clubs.<\/p>\n

Please share the brochure widely – it is just a taste of the work that goes on in Clubs around this Region and across the organisation.<\/p>\n

Background:\u00a0<\/strong> We had asked Clubs<\/span> in SI London Chilterns Region to submit content so that we could produce a publication\/souvenir of a year of SI London Chilterns Region for the SIGBI Conference in Edinburgh, November 20 24, with Region President Kate’s theme for the year \u201ccelebrating\u00a0inspirational<\/span>\u00a0women\u201d<\/strong>. Then SIGBI asked Regions if they wanted to display a poster showcasing their project work at the Conference.\u00a0 We then had an idea of how we could combine the two! We decided to create a brochure called \"\"<\/a>“Inspirational<\/span>\u00a0Clubs<\/span>\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0their<\/span>\u00a0Projects”<\/span> <\/strong>knowing that the projects will all have been delivered by the inspirational<\/span>\u00a0Soroptimists in London Chilterns Region<\/span>!<\/p>\n

It was hard to choose the projects to be included in the poster for Edinburgh, and six were picked. The artwork for the poster is shown here.<\/strong><\/div>\n

\"\"<\/a>We are delighted that we have also been able to display a poster at the SIGBI Conference in Edinburgh<\/strong> celebrating the centenary of SI Greater London<\/strong> along with those of SI Bristol and SI Bath<\/strong> \u2013 such a wonderful achievement! What joy it is that each Club has responded to my aspiration of having a Regional \u201cbrochure\u201d of our diverse accomplishments and our working together with our local partners to help our designated\/adopted female based support groups\/communities with resources to maintain their sustainability and support the desperate needs of the women and girls in the community.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/div>\n

My thanks to each Club, without you this brochure would not have been produced, for sending in projects for inclusion in this brochure and brilliant photos.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
