The Club has for a long time had a close connection to those that work to reduce incidents of domestic abuse.\u00a0For a number of years we were represented on the Medway Domestic Abuse Forum<\/a>.\u00a0 The logo used for the Forum was designed by one of our members, Liz Duckworth and can be seen on the domestic abuse booklet below.<\/p>\n

We helped to set up the One Stop Shop<\/a> which gives advice to those undergoing trauma.\u00a0Those on the Forum are now professionals, but we continue to support their work,\u00a0mainly by attending and providing refreshments for their conferences<\/a> and donating to their ‘Flight Fund’.<\/p>\n

There is a domestic abuse booklet that can be downloaded<\/a> signposting those affected by domestic abuse to support services available.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Medway Soroptimists Say No to Domestic Abuse<\/h4>\n
