Communicate your activities

Clubs need to advertise their Programme activities in the Press and Soroptimist News.  This will help to raise the profile of the Club and the Federation, and will help to recruit new members.  See below for ideas on how to do this.  There are also a huge number of Template Press Releases available to suit most events.  They are in Word format so you can tweak them for your own use if required.

Clubs are always looking at ways to be initiative and attract new members and here are a few ideas that might inspire you.

if your club has great documents, eg newsletters, programmes, press releases, or a great item on a website that you think might be useful to others please send to Federation Office and then it could be added here to help other clubs.  We don’t need to re-invent the wheel – just oil a few spokes and make a few changes to the work of others to keep the momentum rolling and use best practice to increase our membership.
