How long does it take for Programme Reports to be approved?

Reports will normally be approved within one week of submitting them, except in certain circumstances such as staff annual leave.  You will receive an email when your report has been approved, or if it has been unapproved for any reason.  Unapproval usually means that more information is required before the report can be approved. Once this is supplied it will be approved.

How do I log onto the Programme Reporting Database?

Log into the Members area of the SIGBI Website, and click on either the Manage Membership and Programme Databases to add a new report or Search Membership and Programme Databases to search for reports already on the database.

What are the reports used for?

SI use the reports to maintain SI’s status with the UN.  SIGBI use the reports to select Federation Programme Award nominations and winners, maintain SIGBI’s status with the UN and produce the SIGBI Booklet/leaflets.  In addition, any Club or Member can access the reports to see the work that is being done by other Clubs and Regions/NAs/Networks in a particular area, for example, so that they can contact that Club for advice or perhaps to work as a partnership.

Programme Action Magazine (PAM)

How often is PAM published?

PAM is published and uploaded to the website on the first of every month.  It is included in the first SIGBI News Briefing of the month.  It is available from the footer of the website and on the What We Do page.

Can I access back copies of PAM?

Yes, back copies of PAM are available on the Members’ area, under Programme.
