SUBMISSION OF BIDS FOR THE NEXT FEDERATION PROJECT 2019-2022

We are looking for Bids for the next Federation Project, which will run from the Bournemouth Conference in 2019 to 2022.  The Project will be selected at the Liverpool 2018 Project.  The deadline for submission of Bids is 30 June 2018 at 15:00.

PROGRAMME ACTION CONSULTATION DOCUMENT

In April 2016 a discussion document was sent to all Clubs, National Associations and Countries regarding a possible restructuring of the current Programme Action Committees.  Club Feedback has been collated and the letter below gives details of the feedback and how this is being addressed, so that the system can be improved:

GUIDELINES FOR CARRYING OUT A LARGE PROJECT

 
Although Programme Action is the life blood of our organisation it may also at times be fraught with problems. Clubs have asked for a Guide to carrying out a large project which might include fund raising/building for a project which will be carried out in either another country or another part of your own country. Sue Biggs, Director of Programme, has written a letter to Clubs which includes guidelines to prevent Soroptimists from finding themselves in an awkward situation, but if Clubs/Regions/NAs already have their own guidelines they do not need to change their plans.  There is also a Memorandum of Understanding template that Clubs can use as an agreement between partners :
