{"id":209,"date":"2013-06-09T18:33:53","date_gmt":"2013-06-09T17:33:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/middlesbrough\/?p=209"},"modified":"2013-09-01T01:48:26","modified_gmt":"2013-09-01T00:48:26","slug":"8th-june-2013-regional-meeting-at-hexham","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/middlesbrough\/2013\/06\/09\/8th-june-2013-regional-meeting-at-hexham\/","title":{"rendered":"8th June 2013:  Regional Meeting at Hexham"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>8th June 2013:\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Regional President Patricia Gatherum<\/strong> invited all fourteen clubs in our area &#8211; <strong>Northern England<\/strong> &#8211; to attend a meeting and devote the afternoon to reviewing the voluntary work and projects we have been tackling as Soroptimists throughout the past 50 years or so. Regional meetings are scheduled quarterly and these are one of the main ways of showcasing our campaigns, which we Soroptimists call &#8216;Programme Action&#8217;. Club members may choose to attend these or not.<\/p>\n<p>There were eight members attending from SI Middlesbrough on this occasion.
