The course will include sessions on: self-esteem and confidence-building; assertiveness; stress causes and cures; health essentials; looking after mental health and feeling good; valuing self and others; cultural diversity; communication and body language; looking good; building motivation. At least two sessions will be based on learners\u2019 expressed needs.
