Many people have needed our support over the past few weeks and we know this need will only increase in the coming weeks and months.\u00a0 Why we need your support:<\/p>\n<p>It just isn\u2019t safe to run our face to face fundraising activities right now so like many other charities, we are working hard to raise vital funds through online fundraising activities so we can meet the need for support at this time.\u00a0 We would love to have your support with our online fundraising activities. Could you get involved with an activity below?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Virtual balloon race &#8211; can you and your club members each buy a balloon (\u00a33) and join a virtual race taking place on 2nd June? You can track your balloon\u2019s journey across the globe for 7 days and watch it interact with real-time weather conditions. Compete against your friends and clubmates to see whose balloon travels the furthest!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Buy a balloon:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ecoracing.co\/user\/page\/145\">https:\/\/ecoracing.co\/user\/page\/145<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 challenge (#twopointsixchallenge) Can you take part by doing an activity 26 times, for 2.6 minutes or 26 minutes? Ideas include baking 26 cupcakes, walking 2.6 miles or dancing for 26 minutes. (You can do anything!) Complete your challenge and make a donation (any amount will make a big difference).<\/li>\n<li>Virtual bucket shake \u2013 set up a fundraising page (we can help!) and ask your friends and family to donate whatever they can to support our response and celebrate what would usually be our biggest fundraising drive of the year \u2013 Red Cross Week (4-10 May). We can\u2019t shake our buckets outside, so we\u2019re shaking them online!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It would be fantastic if you could help in some way, whether that\u2019s taking part in an activity or simply by sharing this message with friends, family or across your social media sites and website.
