Brenda Morris B.E.M.
May 4th 2016 our members attended a Celebration for the life of Brenda Morris B.E.M, who passed away on 13th April.
Soroptimist Nantwich & District members were present to say goodbye to a wonderful friend, Soroptimist Sister and statesman of our club.
Brenda has been a Soroptimist for over 40 years giving Service to our Organisation until the very end of her life, she will be missed so much by so many.
The Funeral Service was held at St. Peter’s Church, Elworth and was conducted by Revd Dr David Page
It was a beautiful Service with singing from Nantwich Choral Society, of which Brenda was a committed member and sat in the BRA’s (Back Row Altos) for many years. Brenda’s sister Pat gave a wonderful summary of her life – she made us laugh, she made us cry – we at Soroptimists Nantwich will always remember Brenda.brenda with olympic torch copy
