Northwest England and the Isle of Man is a large, diverse region. It extends from the sea-side towns such as Barrow and Morecambe on the west coast to the brooding hills of the Rossendale Valley in the east. To the south are the large conurbations of central Lancashire, whilst to the north are the picturesque towns of Cumbria\u2019s Lake District. One of our clubs, SI Garstang<\/a>, is based in the town which is proud of its claim to be the first Fairtrade town in the world.<\/p>\n

We are a friendly region made up of like-minded women of all ages who bring a wealth of knowledge and life experiences to all our meetings at club and regional level. At these meetings women from town and country, suburb and sea-side come together with the common aim of promoting Soroptimism in the Northwest of England.<\/p>\n
