In aid of the Joshua Tree"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]On a damp December night, what could be better than meeting up with a lovely group of ladies and cosy-ing up in the Harlequin Theatre, Northwich to watch a performance of John Godber&#8217;s Bouncers, all in aid of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thejoshuatree.org.uk\/\">Joshua Tree<\/a> charity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>SI Northwich and District were privileged in being allowed to take over the theatre for the night, selling tickets for the production to members and friends with all funds raised from seats sold and raffle tickets going to the charity. There was a great turnout from the club, who all enjoyed a raucous night at this laugh-out-loud play where the talented cast of four play over twenty parts during the course of the show.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=&#8221;735&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Not for the faint-hearted, this riot of a comedy takes us back to the night-club scene of the 1990\u2019s; viewing a night\u2019s antics from the perspective of a girls night out, lads \u201con the pull\u201d, cheesy DJ\u2019s, punks, stags, hooray henry\u2019s, and of course at the heart of it all, the Bouncers.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=&#8221;736&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]We are most grateful to the cast and staff of the wonderful Harlequin Theatre who made us most welcome and whose generosity allowed us to raise such a substantial sum for our chosen cause that night. \u00a0And not least of all for giving us all such an entertaining and funny evening which I am sure we won\u2019t forget for a long time. \u00a0Thank you![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]On a damp December night, what could be better than meeting up with a lovely&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":513,"featured_media":0,"parent":723,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-733","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Bouncers!
