We welcomed members and guests from a range of women\u2019s organisations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"201\" data-end=\"669\">Our guest speaker, Louise Craig, Manager of <a href=\"https:\/\/perthwomensaid.org.uk\/\">Perthshire Women\u2019s Aid<\/a>, delivered a powerful presentation about Women&#8217;s Aid which was established in Perth in 1974. Louise highlighted the stark reality of domestic abuse in the UK, where on average two women each week lose their lives.\u00a0 Around 60,000\u00a0 incidents are reported UK-wide each year.
