GAPS reponse to NAP 2016 web page

January 18th Caroline and I attended a meeting at House of Commons for the launch of GAPS response to HMG actions to date on the NAP. Please read the attached report. Please also remember that these are my thoughts and impressions of the meeting. I have tried to be as accurate as possible.
