Valerie Hill of the Preece Suite, which has been named after one our club founder members Miss Muriel Preece MBE<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Muriel Jessie Preece was the first women to chair the Runcorn Urban District Council in 1961.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Much interest was shown in finding out about Muriel Preece, so the club was able to share some of the club archive material with the Registration Service, and <a class=\"x1i10hfl xjbqb8w x1ejq31n xd10rxx x1sy0etr x17r0tee x972fbf xcfux6l x1qhh985 xm0m39n x9f619 x1ypdohk xt0psk2 xe8uvvx xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r xexx8yu x4uap5 x18d9i69 xkhd6sd x16tdsg8 x1hl2dhg xggy1nq x1a2a7pz xt0b8zv x1fey0fg xo1l8bm\" role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/RuncornDistrictHistoricalSociety?__cft__[0]=AZVb8xdO6tFEtQuzYc-ygECGHGZTV0pAx0Pn7WEdNY6qatqmvP-QjipYN4ExmNNMuqFAvQPgonnp49mvWF2fLppFA8Yc1zeejyuX28MU1SGZDWoSFG_0xHMD-kUIcjBqja8Lj4uU5L4WsQAHnjmOUC4twtHTT8FyT26DpzHAKnkGePwlin7-oKPDu4yRRDSUmis&amp;__tn__=-]K-R\"><span class=\"xt0psk2\">Runcorn &amp;
