Whilst we are on the theme of self-care you might like this poem.<\/p>\n

At one with nature<\/strong><\/p>\n

May brings with it a
\nharmony of spring flowers.
\nCorn poppy – deep red petals,
\nremind the living of the
\nsacrifice of the many.<\/p>\n

Breathtakingly beautiful,
\nthe wild flowers
\ntake their rightful place
\namongst the flora and fauna.<\/p>\n

They encourage nature.
\nThe bees. The butterflies.
\nIndeed, all the pollinators.
\nThey know their place in the world.<\/p>\n

Take a walk in nature.
\nBreathe in the splendour of a spring day.
\nBe at one with her beauty.
\nWith the peace she brings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
