About our Region -2018
There are six clubs in Scotland North Region:
Aberdeen, Crieff, Dundee, Easter Ross, Inverness – Nairn and Perth.
While some of these draw their membership mainly from the city or town in which they are based, others have a much wider catchment area. Club numbers range from around 20 to well over 40, and regional meetings, which are hosted by each club in turn, are well supported. We also have the distinction of having the most northerly club in the Federation !
More details about the individual clubs can be found on the club websites.
Members from across the Region have the opportunity to attend the annual
SIGBI Federation Conferences. This year it was held in Liverpool.
Members took part in a march in Edinburgh to remember the Suffrage Movement.
In the summer, members from across the region took part in a beach clean in Broughty Ferry.
SI Crieff celebrates Sixty Years.
Women of the World Festival was held in Perth in September.
