A very successful and enjoyable meeting was held at McDiarmid Park Perth on Saturday June 9th.<\/p>\n

President Prue<\/strong> chaired the event which was both a Region Meeting and AGM.<\/p>\n

It was with sadness that Prue reported the dissolution of SI St Andrews. Federation Councillor Maureen Collison<\/strong> intimated that she would keep in touch with St Andrew’s Members with the hope of encouraging some of them to consider joining or Linking with Dundee or the other Fife clubs.<\/p>\n

Club Secretary Fiona<\/strong> pointed out to attendees that there were still a considerable number of vacancies on Region Executive and that all should consider supporting the Region.<\/p>\n

Janice Rees<\/strong> gave an update on Meru Women’s Garden Project after a recent visit.<\/p>\n

Pam Cairns<\/strong> gave an update of the Free to Live Trust’s Seema’s Project.<\/p>\n

During\u00a0 the afternoon session the ladies enjoyed the tales of Kate Walker – Storyteller.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kate entertained the group for an hour with one story after another, much to the delight of her audience.<\/p>\n
