SI Falkirk Stall at Annual Charities Day 16 09 2023:
Photos shown above show the orange themed stand designed by Joint Presidents Alison and Margaret. On display were samples of the knitting and craft work for various charities supporting women and girls. There were post-mastectomy breast cushions, trauma teddies, and small cradles for still born babies in support of SANDS.

SI Dunfermline’s Girls Education Movement (GEM) Clubs, Uganda:
First, Second, Third, and Fourth photos describe SI Dunfermline’s Girls GEM Clubs in Uganda. Money sent in June was used to buy materials and run training in soap making for 28 pupils and 3 staff. 229 large bars were made; local people have been buying the soap. Money received will be used to buy more materials and help needy pupils in the school. The project may extend to other schools.
